These terms cover your use of revostudios.co. They do not cover client engagements: paid work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or replaces it.

Everything published here — including service descriptions, timelines, performance figures and any indicative pricing — is provided for information. It is not a binding offer and does not create a contract.
A project only exists once both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Booking a call does not create an engagement, and neither does submitting the contact form.
You agree that information you submit through the contact form is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorised to send it on behalf of the company you name.
We may decline any enquiry without giving a reason. An introductory call is provided free and carries no obligation on either side.
Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the contact form. If a conversation needs to cover confidential material we will put an appropriate agreement in place first.
Some pages display performance measurements taken in your own browser, in real time, and reference builds we have produced. These describe the artifact being measured at the moment of measurement. They are evidence of what we have built, not a promise of what any future project will achieve, since results depend on factors specific to each engagement.
The design, code, written content and identity of this website are owned by Revo Studios. You may view and share the site and quote from it with attribution. You may not copy the design or substantial portions of the code to produce a competing or derivative site.
Photographic and rendered imagery on this site is used under the rights held by Revo Studios or its licensors. We do not assert authorship of any image whose provenance is not our own work. [Image provenance is being confirmed — see the note in legal.ts. If you believe an image here infringes your rights, email hello@revostudios.co and we will remove it while we check.]
Ownership of work produced under a client engagement is dealt with in that engagement’s written agreement, not here.
The scheduling widget on the contact page is provided by Cal.com and creates events in Google Calendar with Google Meet. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability is outside our control.
We aim to keep this site available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for consumers in the EU, rights that cannot be waived by agreement.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction, once incorporation completes.
This does not remove protections available to consumers under the mandatory law of their country of residence, including EU and UK consumers.
