This page describes how money is handled if an engagement is cancelled by either side. It is a summary of intent. The binding terms for any paid work are the ones in the written agreement signed by both parties, and where the two differ, that agreement governs.

You cannot buy anything on revostudios.co. There is no checkout, no payment form and no card details collected anywhere on this site. Submitting the contact form and booking a call are free and commit you to nothing.
Payment only ever arises under a written agreement signed after a call, and that agreement sets the terms for the specific engagement.
The audit of your existing site offered on the first call is provided at no cost and is yours to keep whether or not you go on to work with us. There is nothing to refund because there is nothing to pay.
An engagement begins with a deposit, invoiced on signature and payable before work starts.

The build is a fixed eighteen working days and the work is done in sequence, so what has been completed at the point of cancellation determines what is payable.

If we are unable to continue an engagement for any reason within our control, we refund what has been paid for work not yet delivered, and hand over the work completed to that point.

The twelve months of ownership that follow launch are part of the engagement rather than a separate subscription.

We work with businesses rather than consumers. Where a client is nevertheless a consumer under the law of their country of residence — including the fourteen-day right of withdrawal available to consumers in the EU for distance contracts — those rights apply in addition to anything on this page and cannot be waived by agreement.
